Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming and can lead to many physical symptoms. This seminar will look at nutritional and holistic approaches to recover from anxiety and tips and tricks for coping with feelings of overwhelm.
We will be covering the ultimate brain health diet as well as supplements to include and psychological techniques to help reset the brain. Rather than teach you to cope with anxiety this seminar will be looking at a recovery approach for a worry free future.
