This de-oiled sunflower lecithin is a high quality Soy free, GMO free alternative supply of important phospholipids. It is also certified Kosher and Halal EU.
This Sunflower Lecithin powder from sunflower seeds contains:
25% Phosphatidyl Choline
12% Phosphatidyl Ethanolamine
20% Phosphatidyl Inositol
3% Phosphatidic Acid
This powder can be easily mixed with water and as it has a bland taste can be mixed with juices to provide an excellent source of phosphatidyl choline.
Each 2.5gm scoop provides on average 625gm phosphatidyl choline. Each pot provides 80 scoops.
This provides more phosphatidyl choline than Phosphatidyl choline capsules (420mg).
