Delivery is available to the UK for a flat rate of £3.50, international shipping rates vary and are calculated at checkout.
Orders received by 2pm Mon-Fri are normally shipped same day. Orders received after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. Your orders may be dispatched from multiple warehouses and items can arrive in separate packages so allow 5 working days for UK and 10 working days for international orders, for all items to arrive before contacting us.
As standard, UK orders are dispatched via Royal Mail service. They do not require a signature.
Some UK orders are also dispatched using EVRI courier depending on weight and value. These items will require a signature. Your tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of ordering. If your parcel is arriving via EVRI you do have the option to request a neighbour signs if you are out or to leave your parcel at a local collection centre.
International orders are usually shipped via UPS or DHL - tracking numbers will be provided via email. Please note we are not responsible for overseas VAT or import fees so the courier may notify you to ask for a release payment for your goods. This is entirely at the discretion of the customs agents in your country - most orders do not require this but on occasion parcels can be stopped and flagged for import payment, which you would need to make directly to them.
