Testing orders are available to everyone. You do NOT need to be a current patient to purchase tests.
You will be asked to fill out a patient form at checkout which will give us more information on your current diet and lifestyle, health concerns, current medications and supplement intake.
If you wish to purchase multiple tests for people in the same household please add quantity as 1 for each test so that individual patient forms can be completed. You can keep adding multiple tests to the same basket as long as patients reside at the same address. For multiple tests for the same patient you only need to complete the patient form once.

Delivery is now available internationally, select your country at checkout. UK orders received by 2pm Mon-Fri are normally shipped via Royal Mail or courier service the same day.

The Celiac & Gluten Sensitivity Profile (Finger Prick) helps differentiate between Coeliac Disease and gluten sensitivity by evaluating the serum titers of IgA and IgG for deamidated gliadin peptide, gliadin, and gluten
In regards to consuming gluten before taking the test, do NOT reintroduce gluten if you have a known allergy which could trigger anaphylaxis.
Otherwise, introduce gluten containing food every day for 7 days. Approximately 25-30 days after introducing the food, provide the sample.

Suitable For;
Patients who have persistent skin conditions (rash) or ataxia, idiopathic neurological conditions, autoimmune arthritis/ thyroiditis, unexplained weight loss or persistent gastrointestinal symptoms that are not associated with enteropathogens
Symptomatic individuals that have tested positive for the HLA DQ2/DQ8 genotypes
Patients with symptoms or symptom exacerbation with dietary gluten or re-introduction of gluten after a trial elimination of gluten
Individuals that have a first degree relative with a diagnosis of CD
Any child with a history of 3 or more antibiotic-treated cases of gastroenteritis while less than 6 months of age
Patients on a gluten-inclusive diet who have Type I diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis or schizophrenia
Individuals on a gluten-inclusive diet who have other laboratory evidence that may be associated with CD:
Elevated liver function tests
Bone demineralization
Evidence of impaired absorption of fat-soluble vitamins, iron, B12 or folic acid

We use Doctors Data Inc labs in the USA for this testing. You will be sent your test kit along with a freepost UPS label to get your sample back to London. We then cover the cost of your sample being flown overnight to the USA. You have no other costs to pay. Results usually take around 2 weeks. We will forward you your results along with relevant support and advice via email.
