Directions
Adults take one to two capsules no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods. Children take one capsule no more than 15 minutes before the consumption of histamine-rich foods or take as directed by your heallhcare practitioner.
As a daily maintenance support product, take 2 capsules in AM and 2 capsules in PM.
