Evening primrose oil is a rich natural source of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and has been used for many years as a food supplement. GLA is an essential fatty acid found in the fatty acid fractions of some plant seed oils. Each softgel provides 1000 mg of high quality oil with a guaranteed level GLA.
