For every food/drink tested, the laboratory measures the concentration of food-specific IgG antibodies in your blood (reported in µg/ml). Each number is then placed into one of three colour-coded bands:
Red – Elevated (20 µg/ml or higher): A strong antibody reaction. This food is the most likely to be provoking symptoms, so consider a structured elimination and later re-challenge.
Amber/Gold – Borderline (10 to 19.99 µg/ml): A mild-to-moderate response. You might choose to reduce or monitor your intake and reassess after a short period.
Blue – Normal (0 to 9.99 µg/ml): Little or no measurable reaction. This food is unlikely to be a current trigger.
Your PDF report lists every food alongside its exact IgG value and highlights the corresponding colour band, so you can quickly see which foods fall into the Elevated, Borderline, or Normal ranges.
